Father Ihor Okhrimtchouk, B.Th., B.Comp.Sci., B.Ed., 22 March 1970 - 23 June 2021. Beloved husband of Jennifer. Devoted and loving father of Taras and Maryana. Dear son of the late Yaroslav and Larysa. Cherished son in law of Tom and Lillian Yakielashek and brother in law of Gordon (Kathryn) Atamanchuk. Uncle of Jane, William and Greta.

A private Funeral Liturgy was held on Tuesday, June 29, followed by interment at the parish cemetery. The late Fr. Ihor was laid to rest next to his late mother, Larysa.

Divine Liturgy

10 AM on Sunday and Holy Days, 9 AM in the summer months (July, August and first Sunday in September). The Liturgy is served predominantly in Ukrainian, with selected portions in both Ukrainian and English.

Reading of the Hours

One-half hour before Liturgy, fifteen minutes before Vespers.


After Vespers, before the Liturgy, or by appointment.


Parents must arrange a personal meeting with Father to make arrangements. God-parents must be practicing Orthodox Christians. Baptising a Child in the Orthodox Church presupposes that the child will be raised as an Orthodox Christian.


Couples must arrange a personal meeting with the priest to make arrangements. If one of the parties is not Orthodox certain conditions may apply.
